I’ve worked with several real estate agents over the years. Eric, by far, has the strongest grasp of what it truly means to represent his clients. Eric is very patient and listens to his clients in an effort to “hear” their objectives (vs. listening to just “respond” with their own personal agenda). I never felt pressured and always had a full, detailed readout of each property walk through. Eric makes sure his clients have all the tools/mobile applications to personalize their experience and stay informed real time in a volatile market. He was also very flexible with my demanding work schedule.
Furthermore, I wanted a representative that wasn’t one dimensional like many agents are. In other words, I wanted to work with a strong real estate agent that was also business savvy and offered an expertise beyond just buying and selling. No other agent I’ve worked with has been able to pinpoint my immediate needs while also building out a longer term strategy. In my situation, my longer term strategy included a progressive business plan to eventually pursue investment properties as well. Eric delivered on both fronts.
